Mr. Scott Phillips, Head of School
Mr. Phillips is a graduate of Athens Christian School and Liberty University. He holds a Masters Degree in Sports Management and Administration and a Masters Degree in Education Administration and Supervision. He served in multiple administrative capacities in a sister ACSI school in Florida the past 6 1/2 years. His wife, Angie, will be serving with the Elementary Staff with Mrs. Haywood in First Grade and his daughter, Caroline, is in 4th grade at CBS.

Mr. Larry Ford, Middle and High School Principal
Mr. Larry Ford is a graduate of Tennessee Temple University. He has served as an educator for over 30 years in capacities such as teacher, dean of students and administration. He has been part of the Curtis Baptist School family since 2003. In addition to his educational experience, Mr. Ford serves as Pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Trenton, SC.

Robert Leslie, Athletic Director
Coach Leslie has coached girls and boys basketball at Curtis Baptist School since 2009. He also works as an Athletic Trainer with Champion Orthopedics in Augusta and has been with that company since 1998 when he and his wife, Tricia moved to Augusta. Coach Leslie is originally from Indiana and a 1994 graduate of Indiana State with a degree in Athletic Training. Robert and Tricia have a daughter, Madison, who is a middle school student at CBS.

Avia McClain-Stocker has served at Curtis since 2013 in a variety of administrative positions. She is a graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design. She uses her unique artistic and administrative gifts to serve families in the Daycare/Preschool office. She is married to Andrew and has two daughters, Julia and Madelyn.

Curtis Baptist School is a ministry of Curtis Baptist Church and is governed by a School Board consisting of members of the church. The Board members are the Pastor, Jeff Hasty, Tracy Johnson, David Minter, David Wilson, Deb Ulrich, and Pat Young.
