Mr. Larry Ford is a graduate of Tennessee Temple University. He has served as an educator for over 30 years in capacities such as teacher, dean of students and administration. He has been part of the Curtis Baptist School family since 2003. In addition to his educational experience, Mr. Ford serves as Pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Trenton, SC.
Mallory Koone holds a M.Ed. Secondary Education and a B.S. Mathematics from Milligan College. Her 10 years in education have been as a teacher, math interventionist, and blended learning specialist in Kentucky, North Carolina, and Ohio prior to serving at Curtis. While teaching at Curtis, she has also served as an Assistant to the Guidance Counselor in charge of school-wide testing. Outside of Curtis, Mallory serves alongside her husband Derek, Pastor of Eleven Sixteen Church. She has been part of the Curtis Baptist School family since 2015.
Coach Leslie has coached girls and boys basketball at Curtis Baptist School since 2009. He also works as an Athletic Trainer with Champion Orthopedics in Augusta and has been with that company since 1998 when he and his wife, Tricia moved to Augusta. Coach Leslie is originally from Indiana and a 1994 graduate of Indiana State with a degree in Athletic Training. Robert and Tricia have a daughter, Madison, who is a middle school student at CBS.
Curtis Baptist School is a ministry of Curtis Baptist Church and is governed by a School Board consisting of members of the church. The Board members are the Pastor, Jeff Hasty, Tracy Johnson, David Minter, David Wilson, Deb Ulrich, and Pat Young.
